Hi. My name is Ben and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Zack to purchase a men's Concord Delirium 18kt gold watch with diamonds on the sides of the bezel (your item 0311002). It arrived as promised, on time, new but the fit was a bit snug.

What should I do if my watch breaks?

Please read our warranty policy . If the damage is covered in the warranty, please contact us by email at repairs@thewatchery.com or by phone at 1-866-843-9282 and press 2, a customer service representative for information on how to have it repaired.


How do I send my watch for repairs?

If you have been advised by TheWatchery to send your watch in for repairs, you will be given a Return Authorization No. (RA#) to be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. In order to process your repair you must include a repair form ( download here ).

Repairs should be sent by prepaid insured traceable mail courier. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. Shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns to The Watchery are the responsibility of the customer.
