Hi. My name is Ben and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Zack to purchase a men's Concord Delirium 18kt gold watch with diamonds on the sides of the bezel (your item 0311002). It arrived as promised, on time, new but the fit was a bit snug.
I then had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Carlotta who then introduced me to Molly. I also had the distinct privilege to chat and e-mail Eddie Shaer who got Katy to get in touch with me and now the whole thing seems to be handled quite well and to my great satisfaction.

All timepieces purchased from TheWatchery.com* may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price** minus shipping and handling (minimum $9.95) within 30 days from the date of delivery. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we cannot accept a return. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We cannot accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.

How do I return a watch?
If you would like to return a watch please

for the mailing address and for your Return Authorization No. (RA#). This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. Please note: A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is only valid for 10 days from the date of creation. Returned items MUST be received by us within 10 business days of the assignment of the RA#. Any items received outside of this time frame will not be accepted, and will be returned to you. In order to process your return, you must include our return form (

Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx). Please note: FedEx does not insure watches valued above $500. If your watch is valued above that amount please use an alternate shipping method.
The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.
All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns and exchanges are subject to an inspection by the Returns Department to ensure that the watch is unworn and retains its original tags, plastics, box and manual before we process your refund or exchange request.
All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
HOLIDAY EXTENSION ON ALL RETURNS!
Need more than 30 days? No problem! Take until January 15th, 2010 to return your unused item, and receive an exchange or store credit only. We hope that’ll make your holiday a little easier. Enjoy!
